I couldn’t have asked for more my junior year at Middleton (except I had Mrs. Snyder for English, again)! I was a cheerleader and our football team kept winning their games. With  each win, each week, our entire school became one. We were all pulling in the same direction and we had, yes, school spirit! Our 1982 Razorbacks won a State Championship (14-0), but the best game by far was beating the Summerville Green Wave on their own home field. The final score was 6-2; we gave them their only points with a safety to keep from punting out of the end zone. Those were the good ole days!
